These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pkr2ea ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr2ea website, mobile site, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotions.

To be eligible to register and use the pkr2ea platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the service:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one pkr2ea account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkr2ea reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

pkr2ea processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank. Additional methods may be made available or removed from time to time at pkr2ea's discretion.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your pkr2ea balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being complete and in good standing on your account. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–2 business days of approval.
• Meezan Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–2 business days of approval.

pkr2ea reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. There are no withdrawal fees charged by pkr2ea; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside pkr2ea's control.

Funds deposited to your pkr2ea account must be used for gaming activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without meaningful play may be treated as an attempt to exploit the platform and may result in a review of your account.

pkr2ea offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer and must be read alongside these general Terms.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following standard conditions apply to all pkr2ea bonuses:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly.
• Where a deposit bonus is offered, only one such bonus may be claimed per promotional period unless explicitly stated otherwise.

pkr2ea's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international matches, Test series, T20Is, and ODIs), UFC, football, and other international sports markets. All bets are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook section, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all markets on pkr2ea include the following:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified players with sufficient account balance at the time of placement.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available for that market and the player elects to use it.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, pkr2ea's specific market void rules will apply. As a general principle, bets on voided events are returned at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• pkr2ea reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error is identified, where the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity affecting the outcome.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and market availability. pkr2ea accepts no liability for bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr2ea platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with pkr2ea's games or sportsbook in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in pkr2ea's platform. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix or manipulate game or betting outcomes.

pkr2ea reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the minimum eligible age of 21.
• Discovery that the player is a current employee or close associate of pkr2ea.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable notice being provided.
• Upon receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not related to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Any unauthorised use of pkr2ea's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pkr2ea and its licensors.

These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
